   2003/2004 - European Cultural and Information Centre Vision - a new upper structure for the organization, developing completely the previous experience in the field of culture, business and social development with new elements of national and international partnerships.

   2001/2002 - Pilot project Community Services. Initial long-term programme for implementation of community-based services.

   2000/2001 - Pilot project Building up System of Personal Assistants. The service “Personal Assistant” is provided in Bulgaria for the first time.
